1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6777pet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 6777pet website and services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6777pet platform.

6777pet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the 6777pet platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for Bangladeshi players using the 6777pet platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any translated or paraphrased summary, the English text shall prevail. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the terms set out in the dispute resolution section.

1.1 Applicable Services

1.2 Changes to the Platform

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. 2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not more than three months old), and proof of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash or Nagad mobile number linked to your account). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

2.4 Residents of Restricted Regions

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in this section as well as any additional terms specified on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general bonus rules.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by 6777pet are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards the wagering requirement. Certain games — including some live casino titles, certain sports markets, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their winnings confiscated, and their accounts permanently closed at the sole discretion of 6777pet.

5 Responsible Gaming Rules

6777pet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all registered 6777pet accounts.

5.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All registered 6777pet players have access to a suite of responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings. These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; reality check notifications; and cooling-off periods. Requests to reduce a deposit limit or activate a cooling-off period take effect immediately. 5.2 Self-Exclusion

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

6777pet operates on the basis of fair play for all participants. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6777pet platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the platform in an automated manner without prior written authorisation from 6777pet.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage. Any bets placed as a result of a system error may be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6777pet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity in line with standard anti-money laundering obligations.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in order to recover funds that have been legitimately used for wagering on 6777pet. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account in the name of another person, or providing false identity information during the KYC verification process.

6.2 Fair Play in Sports Betting

6777pet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where the bet was placed at a clearly erroneous price, or where there is evidence of organised match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant sporting event. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. 6777pet will co-operate fully with any sporting integrity investigation conducted by a relevant sports governing body.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Either party may close a 6777pet account at any time. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact our support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

7.1 Suspension by 6777pet

6777pet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to pass identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 6777pet due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 6777pet's discretion after deducting any losses incurred through prohibited conduct.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 6777pet will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to classifying the account as dormant. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance in order to cover account maintenance costs. The administration fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6777pet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 6777pet platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.1 Platform Availability

6777pet strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its platform and games. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 6777pet is not liable for any losses, missed bets, or unavailable markets caused by platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 6777pet and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8.5 Governing Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 6777pet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 6777pet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
